Every wig offered on our site is made-to-order, specifically for you. Once you place an order on our site, we immediately start the process of creating your beautiful wig. Our wigs only take around 40 business days to complete! Once it is completed, we ship the wig to you the same day, or the following business day. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Return, refund, exchange policy
By purchasing a wig from us, you acknowledge and agree to our no returns, refunds, or exchanges policy.
Please note that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of our wigs since each one is handmade and made-to-order just for you. We take great care to ensure that every wig meets our high standards of quality, but if your wig arrives damaged or defective, or if it is significantly different from what you ordered, we will be happy to work with you to make it right.
If your wig arrives damaged, or different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and if we determine that there was an error on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may provide a refund or exchange at our discretion.
